I have stayed in Glad Mapo many times, but the hotel seems to be lacking proper maintenance. Three power outlets were not working and the toilet remote was also out of battery. The price was very high for the long weekend

Very clean and comfy enough bed, excellent. But the hotel rules are too tight for early check in. Hotel comes from hospitality, better to have flexibility some times.

Location is excellent. Take AirPort Express and the 2nd to last stop, exit 9, hotel is literally right in front of you. Hotel itself is ok, room is very standard. I have stayed here last year too and front desk is friendly. This time, I got a two single bed room and the shower was so ridiculous. It has a tub and shower head. However the glass is only half way, so when I turned on the shower head sprayed everywhere on the floor. There is no way to avoid it, I end up sitting in the bathtub to wash my hair holding the shower head, then my daughter did the same thing. So at midnight, we were cleaning all the water that sprayed everywhere inside and outside of the bathroom. Other than that, hotel is excellent!

The hotel is close to the subway station, supermarkets, and many restaurants. It is very convenient. The only disadvantages of the facility are that the room is so dark and the aircon temperature is not stable. Most of staffs are nice and professional, but few are not. My friend asked for toilet paper at the front desk face to face at night time and one staff said there was no toilet paper.

非吸煙房間內有煙味，因太累未要求換房。感恩房間有一小扇能打開的窗，可以通風散味，亦可平衡房內已設定好的最低温度（24.5°C） 枕頭太薄太軟。位置極佳，地鐵下車後一直有自動電梯，不用提著行李爬樓梯，自動電梯到尾就直接酒店門囗。職工多，主動幫忙又有禮，英文溝通即可。
