The room was very nice, comfy and spacious. But.... You cannot adjust the temperature in the wintertime. heating is always on. I had to have a fully open window and it was below freezing point outside, yet my room was too hot. I asked other guests, they had the same problem. I asked the front desk and they said they could not help except giving me a fan.

We loved to staying in this hotel. It's foreigners friendly,..Great staff, supportive. Very clean. The only thing we didn't liked it's was noisy during their some festival.. outside. Not sure why it's even done in the front of Hotel... Food not good. We heard lots of complaints. They do need to change theirs cooking skills. But other than it was really great. The pnly minus in this area

pros: pretty close to the subway station(5-10mins walk) and the airport bus stop is right in front of the hotel. a lot of restaurants, bars and convenience stores , skin clinics and Emart in walking distance. cons: you can't control the room temp, the laundromat facility only has one washer, one dryer but there's a coin laundromat near by and the gym is pretty small too.

Great Stay at a Decent Price

Very good stay at a good price in a lively location. We were away from the city center but accessible by Seoul Metro Green Line 2. Nice, clean facilities and amenities. Great staff (Dennis was especially helpful). The only thing was that the power went out. This happened briefly, but it was two days in a row with no explanation given. Also, the cleaning attendant forgot to re-stock our water on Day 2. These were super minor issues that did not spoil our stay. Would definitely stay again.

I was arranged to check in Room no. 412 on 9 March 2024. As the room was darkness in the day time, I and my wife felt uncomfortable. Under such circumstances, we request your front staff member to change our room to the opposite room no. 408. However, we had to pay additional upgrade charge in the sum of Korean dollar 22,000. I had no alternative but to pay the said sum for the same size room. I have to appreciate the staff of house keeping for the cleanness of my room

The hotel's cleanliness was very good. It’s conveniently located near Metro Line 2, and the surroundings feature a safe local food street. The staff were all excellent, although the only drawback was the limited counter space in the bathroom

Nice business Hotel

The rooms are clean and sound proof with nice beds. Hotel is located near to the Digital complex metro station, which makes the commuting to other parts of Seoul quite a breeze. The breakfast is nice with varieties. They have evening street food festivals on limited days of the week with music.
