Staff can’t speak English. No service mind. I stay on Dec but don’t have heating (But in the description , write that there is) They have luggage elevator but can’t used. Not recommended.

お手頃に泊まれる

何度も泊まらせてもらっていますが、部屋はコンパクトですが掃除も行き届いて、スタッフの方も親切です。ホテル直前にきゅうな階段があるので、荷物の多い方は要注意です。

先是订了一晚两个房间，爸妈住一楼，我住二楼，房间很潮，我的房间第一次进去的时候床上还有不干净的东西，地上有虫子，后来拍照给前台看了才给我换。前台态度并不是很热情和有耐心，反倒是很不耐烦的感觉，不愿意多说一些可以帮助我们旅游或是居住的情报，只是基本的规则丢给你看一下给你说一下。后来退房的时候行李寄存也要收5000韩元，态度不好，说话的时候不亲切，没有牙刷药膏等洗漱套餐，要付钱买的。서울여행 처음 와서 궁금한것 물어봐도 친절하지않고 귀찮은 느낌이 계속나옵니다. 목소리는 크신데 말투는 예의가 없는 느낌 나오고 하나하나 설명할때 외국인이니까 이해를 못해도 웃으면서.친절하게 대하면좋겠습니다. 몇일자도 치약 일회용 하나주고 더없어요

場所がとても狭い階段の道から入るので、最初は分かりつらいです。予約後にメールが届くので動画で確認できます。ゲストハウスなので設備は最小限ですが、新村駅から近いのでとても便利に使えます。

출장으로 하루 잠만 자고 가기엔 가격대비 최고인거 같아요~ 경의중앙선 서강대역에서 찾아가기엔 골목이 좁아 첫인상이 별로 안좋았지만 체크아웃하고 나갈때보니 지하철역이 가까워서 좋더라구요~ 객실도 깨끗하고 개인욕실이 있어서 좋았어요~ 근처 해장국 집도 맛있었어요~ 숙소에서 신촌도 가깝고 마침 신촌야행 축제기간이라 구경도 잘했던거 같아요~

綺麗なホテルで色々な国の方が利用していた印象です。今回、旅行中にトラブルが起きてゲストハウスの受付の方に相談したところ親身になっていろいろ協力してくださいました。 立地も良く、新村だけでも楽しめるのではないかと思いました。地下鉄に乗って少し移動すればいろいろなところに行けるのでまた韓国に旅行した際には利用したいと思います！

친절한 마음은 돈 드는 게 아닌데...

일하는 사람들이 좀 친절했으면 좋았을텐데 전혀 친절하지가 않아서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 써비스업인데 그런 써비스가 없다해도 몸이 불편한 남편이 3층까지 무거운 짐을 올려놔야 했을 때 한마디로 그런 써비스가 없다며 전혀 도와주려는 태도를 안보였을 때 인간적으로 너무 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 물론 그런 곳은 젊은이들에게 맞는 장소라는 걸 깨닫긴 했지만 그나마 나중에 일층으로 옮겨드리겠다는 말에 감사하긴 했지만요. 하지만 신촌이 교통이 좋아서 위치적으로는 좋았습니다. 수고하시고 사람들이 들락날락 할 때는 그래도 아는 척이라도 해주시는 게 어떨까 싶네요.

新村駅から徒歩10～15分。若干上り坂です。大した勾配ではないのですが、宿の直前に１０数段の絶望的な階段があることも考えると車いすの方にはお勧めしません。それと、新村駅から地上に出た後、大きな交差点を渡る必要があります。結構めんどくさいです。が、駅からの道のりにコンビニもあるし十分便利。大通りが近いわりに夜はとても静か。問題は、そもそも宿が見つけづらい。先程書いた階段までたどり着いたとして、「え？本当にここ？」って感じると思います。疑心暗鬼で階段を上ることになるでしょう。スマホの地図機能は必須と思われます。新村駅周辺の飲食店情報などは他で調べてください。立地に関してはそんなところでしょうか。　施設情報。ゲストハウス、という名称ですが2段ベッドが並んだ大部屋で寝ることはありません。個室です。ベッド、シーツ、枕、清潔。タオル、大２・小２、清潔。（泊数で変わるのかな？）シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープ、固形石鹸、歯ブラシ、髭剃り。ドライヤー有り。風呂トイレは一緒ですが韓国では当たり前。壁の防音もおそらくちゃんとしてる。（マナーがいいお客さんが多いだけかも知れませんが）　セキュリティー。玄関に暗証番号のオートロックがあります。チェックイン時に番号を教えてくれます。それと各部屋にオートロック。CI時に渡される鍵が無いと入れない仕組み。正直、玄関のロックに関しては、「一度泊れば誰でも入れるんじゃないの？」と思いますが、各部屋にロックがあるならまぁいいか。　　総じて。安い！安いよ。週末でも￥5000だし平日なら￥3000代。私はまた使うと思います。　　追記。こちらのオーナーさん、日本語分かりません。が、日本語ガイド的なものは用意されているので大体ルールは分かります。困ることは無いと思います。　相手が日本人だと分かった時からおろおろしちゃうオーナー。でも一生懸命対応してくれるオーナー。こちらがニコってすると10倍くらいニコってしてくれるオーナー。俺、この人好きだわ～

有指標的路要爬樓梯，有提行李的話從其他坡道走會比較方便，但門口也有一段樓梯，重點是飯店有三層樓沒有電梯！沒有電梯！沒有電梯！說三次，因為樓梯有點抖都很大一格大概20公分一格的那種，行李搬起來有點辛苦，行李較多的人斟酌一下...便宜位置也不錯如果下次是沒有大型行李的情況下才會考慮再入住

냄새 관리만 잘 된다면 훌륭한 숙소 입니다.

숙박 시설은 저렴한 가격에 잘 이용했습니다. 아쉬운점은 이불에서 방에서 이상한 냄새가 심했는데 관리하시는 분께서 는 냄새를 잘 못 맡는 것 같습니다. 이미 다른분 숙박 후기에도 냄새에 대한 불만이 있습니다. 관리인 께서는 이점 참고해 주셨으면 좋을 것 같습니다.
