全館禁煙のはずなのに、部屋がとても臭かったです。 また、使用済みの歯ブラシが洗面所の鏡の上に刺さっていて、体毛もよく落ちており、不衛生に感じました。 苦情を言って部屋を変えてもらいましたが、新しい部屋も臭かったです。 苦情を言うまでに悩み、やむなく洗面所を使用したり30分経っていたので、ゴネられましたが結局部屋を変えてくれたのでそこはよかったです。 もう泊まりたくないですが、立地は最高なためまたいつか泊まるかもしれません。

청결하지않고 심적으로 불안함과 찝찝함을 계속 주는 곳

벽에 붙어 죽은 모기, 15년은 된 PC, 에어콘 근처에 자라고 있는 곰팡이, 정리가 하나도 안된 벽지 상태, 약해서 씻겨내려가는지 느껴지지도 않는 샤워기 수압, 금연실이라는데 심각한 담배냄새와 재떨이까지... 방을 한 번 옮겼는데도 상태가 비슷하네요. 어렵지도 않은 부분일 것 같은데 정리 좀 해주세요.

Overall: The room was a bit dated. However, given the price, I didn't have high expectations. The toilet tank cover was plastic and didn't fit in place. The tub looked worn from years of use. The room was dated, but it was clean overall and functional. If you're looking for privacy and a good nights sleep, this is a good choice. Location was excellent. It is one block away from the subway (orange line). Since the hotel was a block away, there wasn't much street noise in the room. For solo travelers who don't want to stay in a hostel, but aren't too fussy with the condition of the room (eg. dated bathroom), this is a great choice mainly because of the location. Staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy. Overall, this is a great option for one or two people looking to spend most of the day touring Seoul and coming back to the room to sleep.
