This hotel is extremely high value for the price. If you just need a place to sleep, the price is reasonable - plus you get access to their gym, spas, and breakfast features. For the same price as many hotels just give a room and a shower. I will absolutely stay there again.

My first time in Korea and it was wonderful. The hotel was clean, and staff cleaned everyday around the evening. The hotel is close to many restaurants and cafes. I heard from some reviews that it was hot in the room by my room was just fine.

Rooms are very small, you can barely open 1 bag inside it. Staff are nice but not helpful when you ask for something (we asked for the iron and they said someone took it and never brought it back. Why not buying a new one?? Same thing for the adapter: at first they said they don't have an adapter, then when I asked another front desk team they gave me one that burned my 125V iron...). Breakfast is always hectic: if you come after 9am you will likely not find bread, You will also not find milk for your cereals. They purposely open the front desk at 10am so no one complains when it's breakfast time (7am to 10am). I have asked 2 times for the bread and milk to put extras and ended up waking so early to eat breakfast and to enjoy a toast before others come to finish it. Sad but true! The best thing about this hotel is the location: you're right near all main palaces and Ikseon-dong hanok village, You can also walk to Myeong-dong and other parts of Jongno. There is a CU convenient store right next to the hotel from where you can buy small things if needed. There are coffeeshops around the hotel area and also a nearby Airport limousine bus stop.

주변에 맛있는 밥집이나 예쁜 카페가 많아서 굳이 멀리 안 나가고 숙소 근처에서 다 해결했습니다. 위치가 워낙 깡패라 이동하기 참 수월했어요.ㅎ
