Great hotel overall. The room is small, but the staff are friendly and welcoming. It’s conveniently located near a convenience store and has a nice view facing the water. However, there’s no on-site restaurant, so you’ll need to eat out elsewhere.

Convenient location to get across Gangnam/Seongsu
Good location to bus stop, train station. Can get a bit noisy if you get a room facing the street at night. Room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable, no complaints. Very friendly and hard working house keeping.
Not sure if it was just my floor, but there was a strong damp/chemical smell in the hallway but it was not present in the room.

Had a wonderful stay here. Nice room with a lot of space and a view of the river and huge cherry blossoms below in the park. Really friendly staff, front desk staff were super friendly and cleaner always smiling.
Gym equipment could do with maintenance, but apart from that everything was great. Would definitely stay here again if staying in the Gangnam area.

We enjoy our stay. This hotel is in Cheong Dam area of Seoul which is in general cleaner and less crowded. Restaurants nearby are great. Subway is ten-minute walk but not extremely far away. Hotel is well maintained.
