Convenient location, near the main train station. It is simple, but offers everything you really need -- if all you need is a bed and private shower for a few nights in Seoul. Nothing fancy, but I would be more than happy to return.

It's a place well located. Near Subway and train station, so it is easy to move to different places in Seoul from this point. The space in the room is small but good enough to rest after a long day visiting the city.

Thank you for accommodating late check-in. The location is great, close to Seoul Station. There is a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby, and there are also quite a few restaurants. It has good cost performance and I would like to use it again.

Beds were uncomfortable and floors were really hot. Had to open the window because we couldn't regulate the temp to the floor. Location was great next to Seoul Station. Was able to ride the train upon 1st entry to South Korea because it went from ICN airport to Seoul Station without any transfers. DMZ tour picks up at hotel next door.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was comfortable and clean. Being close to a busy street, you do hear some city noise but it did not disturb my experience at all. It was one of the quietest guest houses I’ve stayed in, in and around Seoul. I would definitely stay here again as it’s conveniently close to Seoul Station.

Not suitable for clean-freak and sound sensitivity

Some hairs can be found on the coat hanger and floor (including toilet) and dust can be found at the vents of air-conditioner and exhaust fan. Besides, you can hear the conversation after late night in the street. The most disgusting thing is that many selfish persons who dragged the heavy luggages on the steps along the stairs up/ down each stairs at the mid-night.

The room had a strange smell and was really small. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every utterance, both inside and outside the guesthouse. There were several centipedes and other flying insects in the room. It was generally one of the most unpleasant stays I’ve ever had.

We didn't like the bed. You can actually feel the springs. They need to change the bed. Towels are more like hand towels. This place needs new paint in and outside. Furniture needs to be changed. The light covering in the lobby is full of roaches. The surroundings are full of homeless people. The reason we end up staying was Harry, the person in charge of this place. He was so helpful, kind and very humble. He even came on his day off to bring our luggage down from the third floor since this place has no elevator.

前回はシングル、今回はツインの部屋に宿泊しました。部屋は2階で階段でした。スライドして２台を並べるスタイルのベッドで、必要ない時は一台を収納できるので、部屋を広く使えました。オンドル(床暖房)があって、部屋は暖かかったです。下のベッドは暑くなって友達はパジャマを脱いで寝ていました(笑)駅からも近く便利でした。また予約します。

前日からの予約で翌日朝にセルフチェックインさせていただきました。近くに飲食店があるのか、部屋の外は賑やかでしたが、駅からも坂道はありますが近くて便利でした。スタッフはみんなニコニコしていて、日本語はわからなくても、翻訳機を使って説明してくださいました。１階の部屋に泊まりました。シャワーの水圧も良かったです。トイレは紙流せます。小さい冷蔵庫が部屋にありますが、フロントに冷凍庫つきの冷蔵庫があり、冷凍で持って帰りたいものを入れておけました。また泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

ソウル駅付近でシーズン中でも安かったホテルです。安いなりの部屋で、シャワーを気にしない・下水の匂い？が少しするのを気にしなければお得なので、一人旅の自分としては有難かったです。チェックアウト後も鍵をＢOＸに入れるだけで簡単でした。

とにかく下水の匂いがひどく不衛生。エアコンのリモコンがない。ホテルに戻るのが深夜だったからではあるけど、一度もスタッフと会わなかった。メールで玄関のロック解除の仕方が送られてきて、深夜ホテルに着いたら無人のフロントに名前と部屋番号を書いた紙を貼ったカードキーが置いてあった。本人以外でも勝手に入室できる状態なので怖すぎる。

ソウル駅、特に４号線からだと12番出口から出て坂道を上がったらすぐなので、とても便利でした スタッフの方もとても親切でした 部屋はとても狭いですが、１人で泊まる分には何も問題ありません １人で行くことがあればまた利用したいと思います

シングルルーム3泊利用しました。こちらは「ホテルではなくゲストハウス」それなりの施設です。 少々古さを感じる部屋にはテレビ、冷蔵庫、歯ブラシもありました。トイレ・シャワーは狭く、シャワーは湯温は安定していましたが水圧は弱いです。狭い階段のみのため、ロングステイの場合の巨大スーツケースは運ぶのが大変そうです。隣室の声も聞こえます。最終日に虫に気づきました。 夕方になると、周辺のおじさん達が道路端に座ってタバコを吸っています。 ソウル駅近く、バスも豊富なので利便性は高いと思います。

セブンイレブンが歩いて30秒の場所にあります 誰にも会わずにチェックイン、チェックアウト出来るので感染症の心配が少ないです。 テレビがGoogle TVでしたが、リモコン操作が全く出来ず、ハングル表示だったため見ることが出来なかったです。 トイレの洗面台が外れかかっていて危険でした。
