Good place near everything in central seoul

The location of the place was near major tourist spots and had everything near it. The room was good for the short stay and the staff members were kind and helpful with any questions. The only downside is that the bathroom was in the shared room, so it wasn’t that easy to use it whenever. I met some wonderful people at the hostel and made some new friends aswell.

Tiny room but that’s to be expected from a Guesthouse. Price is right for those traveling on a budget. Room was very clean and conveniently located by the city hall subway stop lines 1 and 2). Third floor so look up to spot the Guesthouse sign. We chose a room with bunk beds. Nicer ones available but this one was fine for my wife and I. Management (Mr. Lee) was very accommodating. Free washing machine with detergent. Small and adequate kitchen in common area. Coffee machine w free instant coffee.

1. Late check-in is okay (they will put down the key at front desk) 2. Put the luggage at front desk is welcome 3. Clean and tidy if you accept the unit is small (No hair / dust cannot be found obviously) as we late check-in & check-out early. Take a quick look. (I sometimes become a germaphobe.) 4. Convenient (just few minutes away the railway) 5. Self service at kitchen nearby the front desk as limited space for having fast food in room (a desk & few chairs) 5. CP value is high

Great location with easy subway access Really cute decor ^^ Staff was pleasant and polite Convenient elevator to the lobby Coffee, tea, water, microwave, fridge access Good for an independent traveler Room was clean however... -Though it was clean, room had a lingering funky smell and the walls had some old stains -Wall was badly peeling near the window in my room, maybe from water damage? -ALL the towels smelled like mildew! The only flaw that was entirely the guesthouse's responsibility was the weird severely peeling wall near the window. The window faces Deoksugung, so this spoiled the view for me. But more importantly, the window in the hallway was fine. TL;DR Great location, good value, clean room, but there were some things that looked or smelled bad despite being clean.

La plupart des chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres donc pour la vue sur le palais, on repassera. Les murs sont humides et tâchés de moisissure + ils sont très fins donc vous entendez vos voisins ronfler. Salle de bains minuscules avec robinet qui fuit; Point positif : les propriétaires sont sympas. Machine a laver, cafetière, micro-ondes et plaque chauffante à dispo. Je ne recommande pas

駅が非常に近いため、移動がスムーズにできる点がとてもよかった。 お湯もしっかりと出るので、シャワーも問題なく済ますことができました。シャンプー、トリートメント、ボディーシャンプーがそろっていたので、こだわりのない方は特に便利だと思います。 周囲にコンビニ、チキン屋さんやバスキンロビンス、コーヒー、ダイソーもあるため何か必要な時もあまり困らないと思います。

駅から近くてアクセスが便利！

市庁駅の1番出口から歩いてすぐで、2号線も1号線も地下鉄が通ってるのでどこに行くにしても便利でした。ソウル駅が1駅先なので、空港からのアクセスも良かったです。 寝るためだけに利用するなら十分だと思います。 ドミトリールームのベッドはやや硬かったですが、寝れたら良かったので私は問題なかったです。 シャワーは部屋についていて、トイレと洗面台と一体型なので、正直使いにくいです。 大きなゴミ袋を一つ持って行くとトイレを濡らす心配や着替えの服を入れて置いて置けるので、良かったです！ 1番だけだったので、個人的には満足でした！

O quarto estava sujo, cobertor com manchas, paredes sujas, cheio de cabelos na cama, o ar condicionado não tem para o quente, estava 1º grau e o quarto era gelado! Valor não deveria nem ser cobrado, muito menos € 58 por aquela espelunca.

Pas du tout reposant

Le positif: pas d'insecte et c'est central. Voilà. Le négatif: Je suis arrivé en fin d'après-midi et il n'y avait personne, juste la clé à la "reception". Je ne savais pas que c'était une chambre sans fenêtre (non-indiqué lors de la réservation sinon je ne l'aurais pas prise). Quand je suis rentré dans la chambre, il y avait une humidité incroyable et la ventilation de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. De plus le lit n'a pas vraiment de matelas (tellement fin qu'il est inexistant) donc vous dormez sur planche de bois qui n'est même plus droite... Le lendemain, la ventilation a été réparé et avec la climatisation, c'était un peu mieux mais toujours pas incroyable. Ce soir-là, une grande famille est arrivée et ça a été ultra-bruyant car il faut noter qu'il n'y a aucune isolation. J'ai été obligé d'aller leur demander d'arrêter car il n'y a aucun staff présent à partir de l'après-midi (à la différence d'un autre 24 Guesthouse dans Séoul). Dans tous les cas, je le déconseille totalement.

시티뷰로 예약을 했지만 실상은 불투명 유리로 밖을 볼 수 조차 없었다. 옆방 사람 목소리를 고스란히 들렸고. 위치는 시청역 바로 앞인것만 빼고 잠만 자기 위한용도로는 추천한다.
