"Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1.
