We came to Korea to visit a friend and explore with her. We picked the Kensington as suggested by our friend. We love the camping vibe of this hotel. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. Note , it is very sparsely decorated inside. There was a third bedroom with no furnishings. Each guest room had a bbq outside to grill. The bathroom, I must say took me a bit to get used to, it was big, but after I showered, the whole bathroom was wet. This hotel is for nature lovers and family. It has trials to hike, farm animals to visit and an overall woodsy feel. We also booked an excellent breakfast and I loved the rice noodle soup. I wish we had more time here, we would love to come back to this retreat for rest and relaxation. Thank you for the experience

가족들이 간만에 모여 휴식하기 최고로 좋은 장소

서울에서 속초까지는 2시간정도 걸렸습니다. 가까운 거리에 있지만 굉장히 멀게만 느껴졌던 속초였네요. 우리가 머문 장소는 켄싱턴 설악밸리 루체른 독채 숙소였습니다. 방은 3개로 구성되어있고, 화장실은 2개, 넓은 주방에 거실창을 나가면 바로 정원과 이어지는 프라이빗한 정원뷰가 펼쳐졌습니다. 총 8인이 이용하였으며, 별도의 침구류와 수건을 추가로 요청하였으며 비용도 저렴하였습니다. 루체른 등급에서도 프라이빗 방향은 차도를 등지고 있기에 나름 거실을 나가면 숲으로 이어집니다. 체크인시 웰컴하우스를 이용하는데, 그곳에 있던 디너뷔페는 최상의 음식컨디션으로 매우 만족스럽게 이용하였습니다. 하나하나 메뉴에는 정성이 느껴졌습니다. 나중에는 휴식을 길게 가져 리조트의 전체시설을 경험하고 싶네요.

스위스산장에 다녀온 느낌이에요. 독채형 숙소에 울산바위와 파란하늘, 잘 관리된 예쁜 조경들이 잘 어우러져 그림속으로 들어온 느낌이었어요. 우리가 도착했을때 마침 태어난 토끼가 너무 예뻐서 하루에 2번씩 토끼를 보러갔네요. 사슴 양도 너무 예쁘고 우리안으로 들어가서 먹이를 줄수도 있어서 마치 미니사파리를 경험한 느낌이었어요. 산책로에 연결된 계곡과 트레킹코스도 만족스러웠습니다. 독채마다 전기그릴과 취사가능한 기구들이 준비되어 있고 에어컨기능좋고 침구세트들도 깨끗하고 수건요청, 자잔한 문제 해결에 빠르게 대응해주셨습니다.4계절을 느껴보고 싶은 숙소였습니다. 7명 3대 가족들이 여행을 자주 다니는데 만장일치로 최고라고 하네요.

일단 숲속에 위치되어 있고, 스위스가 떠오르는 리조트에요! 단독으로 넓직하게 지어져있는데 프라이빗하게 지낼수 있는 큰 장점이 있어요 :) 가족단위로 왔을때 아이들이 있으면 층간소음 걱정없이 지낼수 있어 좋아요! 객실도 하나같이 다 넓어서 묵는동안 너무 편하고 좋았어요. 각 객실마다 프라이빗 바베큐 파티도 가능하고, 산책하며 가다보면 사슴, 양도 실컷 볼수 있구요 가까이서 먹이도 주고 동물이 좋아하시면 너무 좋아하실것 같아요:) 저 역시 떠나지 못하고 한참을 먹이주고 놀구 왔네요! 조식도 너무 알차고 맛있었어요.. 재방문의사, 추천의사 만땅입니다!!!😊

너무너무 좋았습니다^^ 부모님 모시고 아이들이랑 같이 왔는데 너무 만족스러웠습니다 시설이 깨끗했고 아이들, 부모님과 산책하기 좋았습니다. 조식도 전반적으러 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 즐겁게 놀다 갑니다. 소중한 추억 만들게 해주셔서 감사합니다^^

가족여행에 최적합 숙소

2년만에 다시 찾은 켄싱턴 설악밸리. 이좋은 곳을 왜이렇게 오랜만에 왔는지. 다른 리조트와 다르게 방도 3칸이고 침대가 2개나 있어요. 테라스에서 바라보는 울산바위 뷰도 훌륭하고 그 뷰를 바라보며 고기구워먹으니 가족들 기분이 최고였습니다~ 산책하면서 아이들은 양먹이 오리먹이도 주고 해먹에서도 쉬고 힐링 그자체. 아침에 조식도 먹었는데 맛도 좋고 뷰도 너무 좋아서 이번 연휴 최고의 선택이었습니다. 다음번 연휴에도 다시 오기를 기약하며 가족들 모두 만족했던 숙소에요!

전체적인 느낌

슥소내 시설들은 고급이었으나 침대주변 및 스탠드주변에 먼지가 2-3주는 되었는것 같은 느낌.정도가 쌓여 있음. 침대는 편안하고 좋았음 옆 동의 소음이.밤새 들리고 방음이 전혀 되지 않음. 실내에 있는 가전제품은 좋았음

반려견 동반을 위한 준비가 잘 되어 있었고, 한적한 곳에 조용한 환경이 좋았습니다. 속초 시내나 설악산 등을 가지 않고 리조트 내 머물기만 해도 충분히 좋을 것 같아요

가족 여행으로 강추!

아이들이 사슴과 양 먹이 주는데 너무 좋아하네요~ 분위기도 한가롭고 아이가 있는 가족들 여행으로는 강추하네요. 다만 아침식사 시간이 정해져 있어서 조금 아이들과 먹기에는 촉박하니 시작하자마자 가셔야 조금 여유롭게 식사하실 수 있을 거에요!
