"Hotel staff was efficient, friendly and responsive, some of the best service I have ever had. Our suite was very nice but could use some maintenance, i.e. hot tub did not work. vanity light came on and off. Maintenance staff was prompt in responding but maybe overworked?"
"First road trip with our infant and it was great! Seamless check-in and check out. The staff were all pleasant and quick with any communication (virtual or in-person). There is safe parking underground (at a fee) but it was worth it, especially with a baby. The room was great! Very clean and spacious - all the basic amenities were provided. Overall it was great! Definitely recommend when traveling with family "
"Excellent location. The most friendly and helpful staff ever. There are 3 steps going into the hotel if you are mobility challenged, but good elevator once in. The breakfast area is also down some steps.
Getting there was an issue because taxi and uber can't drive within blocks of this hotel due to road renovation. Have to drag your luggage over pads, steel pads, and gravel to get to the hotel. The hotel does have a taxi service that will come get your luggage and help you get to the taxi...
"The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed in a Suite and it was very roomy. The was a mini bar, electric fireplace and jetted tub. The hotel is close to the metro (about a 4/5minute walk) and central to many attractions and great restaurants within walking distance."

"More pros than cons!! Let's start with the cons because there's fewer.
Cons: bathroom is dated and carpet feels very old. The pull out couch is very used, however having said this, if was a nice surprise that if was a pull out couch. We booked a two queen bed studio and it came with it. Very spacious indeed.
Pros: convenient to Old Port and St. Denis and Chinatown (lots of dining options!!) St Catherine's is also full of festivities and all walking distance!

"Great check in staff, handing out water bottles, very busy and it was seamless. Even the parking guys helped me since my car was high and I was afraid to hit my roof. Overall great location (metro downstairs…). Would stay there again"
