"The club lounge provided very limited food nowadays comparing to our previous stay. However the club lounge staff was very helpful and good service. "

"Very convenient and comfortable!"

"We like smaller boutique style hotels and the 4 star Hotel Bassano definitely fit our needs. We were a group, 3 couples. The rooms were clean, the bathroom amenities l'Ocitaine were lovely. It is in a safe area about a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomph and Champ Elysee and less than half hour to the Eiffel Tower. The staff was great. Joshua was friendly and extremely helpful from check in, to helping with restaurant suggestions or directions. Antoin was also very friendly and...

"They charged 67% of the total amount initially and then they charged 100% again, when I checked out, saying that I didn't pay. When i showed them my credit card transactions that they have charged me twice, they said the initial 67% amount was just a hold on the card which will be refunded. I didnt allow my card to be charged 167% and then get refund for 67%. No hotel does that. Also the room was hot and we kept waking up at night. When we asked the manager on duty he said he will turn the fan...

"The hotel was absolutely perfect. The location! The staff! The property is well maintained. Housekeeping does an amazing job. The managers went above and beyond to help us with every request. The metro is so convenient. Just outside the door. Restaurants nearby, grocery store across the street. Bakery is just a few doors away. Rue Cler is across the street. We ate breakfast at the hotel our last day and realized we should have eaten there more. It was delicious and well tended...

"This is a nice boutique hotel. Nothing special. It is very much a four star level of service and quality, so that’s the rating it gets! We stayed in a junior suite. The A/C was weak our entire stay and we visited in October. I can’t imagine being there in the summer! We also had an issue with the hot water in our room not working. To the hotel’s credit, both issues were addressed swiftly but fixing the hot water required them to remove a piece of the wall in our bathroom that was then left...

"We stayed at Hotel Elysee Bassano for 3 nights. Hotel location was safe, residential and close to some of the major attractions. Hotel staff were polite, super helpful and accommodating. Their breakfast was also high quality and we are happy to have included it in our reservation. Rooms were clean and the bedding and towels were of high quality. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."
