Great location. Close to station and shops surrounding. Staffs are nice and helpful. Free Welcome drink, cafe bar and Ice-cream are bonus. Regular room size and clean. Traditional bathroom may need some upgrade! Overall not bad.

The staff here were really great! Overall enjoyed my stay and it’s close to a lot of shopping and dining options. If you find yourself in Sendai for the cat island or something else def check this place out.

Great location. Lots of shopping and near the train station. My room was a little dusty so it triggered my allergies. The desk and headboard were the dusty areas. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary offerings of the free buckwheat noodles in the evening and free drinks and ice cream. Would stay here again.

Great experience, staff has been very kind and helpful. We were traveling with a small kid and they provided great support. Also, kids books are provided in the lounge to keep them busy, and parents more relaxed.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Our family of four walked from Sendai Station to the hotel with seven pieces of luggage in less than 10 minutes, even in the rain. The route was easy to manage because there are escalators connected to the station, and most of the walk is on flat sidewalks with only one traffic-light crossing. The hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian shopping area, where you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and local food. Several connected department stores are also within walking distance, making shopping very convenient. In addition, a local train station is less than a five-minute walk away. Housekeeping was reliable and punctual. At check-in, guests can choose the level of housekeeping service they prefer. I selected full daily housekeeping for both of our rooms, and the service was consistently on time. My son did have a few minor concerns about the room's cleanliness, but overall we found it satisfactory. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. The common areas, including the main lobby and floor lobbies, were always clean, quiet, and well air-conditioned. The hotel also offers several complimentary amenities. Guests can enjoy free soft drinks and ice cream from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and complimentary duck noodles are served every evening after 8:00 p.m., which was a nice treat after a day of sightseeing. Love this hotel, easily accessible to Sendai station! Staff are very kind and accommodating. Our room is always clean. Love the night snacks offered- soba and soft serve ice cream. Also the hotel breakfast has great options. Will defiantly stay here again if we go back to Sendai ;)
