"I didn't explore the area much.
But the location is near the train station. I recommend to arrive there before dark or it will be hard to find the way. The room is nice and clean.
I think the restaurant there is a famous place for the locals as well because on the Sunday night it was full booked.
The staffs are friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a junior suite/suite with hot tub and it was a great space for two adults and a child. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are high quality. Lidl grocery store across the street. "The hotel has a good price and breakfast is nice. But you have to be aware that you need a car/taxi to go to the metro station. It's a bit far from the nearest metro or bus to the centre. If you like canoeing on the small lake you're in the right area though. People were nice but nearest diner option 1 km away.."
"This hotel is extremely convenient to the airport. It is very close and they have regular shuttles. Don't worry if you have little Italian. English works fine. It is a little hard to get to (or maybe that was just me). You have to be careful to get on this one little service road that gets there. Rooms are clean, comfortable and fine. It worked very well for me. "
