"At check in, the lady who helped us check in didn’t really provide much information about the hotel overall. All she did was ask for our credit card and ID, handed us the room key (without even telling us what room we were in or what floor). We figured it out on our own. Didn’t give us details on breakfast or shuttle services either. The room itself was great. Very spacious and loved the fact that the tv had the options to connect HDMI on the side for easier access. The breakfast was good, but very unorganized. We went down at about 9:20 am (breakfast was until 10 am - which we looked up online since we weren’t told during our check-in process), and we got most of the last couple servings of items and it didn’t seem to get replenished afterwards, so the ones that came down after us didn’t really have any options left. There were barely any available tables and the ones that were “free” had previous plates/trash on there. We were in a rush, so we just pushed that aside and sat to eat our breakfast. We didn’t use the outdoor pool, but seemed pretty spacious. Overall, the hotel itself is in a great location, only took us about 10 minutes to get to Fort Lauderdale airport, and there were lots of shopping/eating options easily at walking distance. However, the staff could use some work around friendliness/attentiveness towards guests. We were only there for one night post cruise stay, but we would come here again because of the location and the room layout itself was great!"

"Room was large and clean with a little wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was as good was can be expected and it filled the void. Off the beaten path but right on the water and a few minutes away from retail. Lyft was about $22 with tip from Ft Lauderdale airport."

"Parking was straightforward and easy. We booked a specific room, but upon check-in, we received a completely different one. The staff took days to resolve this issue and were unprofessional about it. We checked in on Wednesday, and by Friday, they demanded we be downstairs with all our luggage by 11am and informed us our correct room wouldn't be ready until after 4pm. Meanwhile, traveling with a small child, we were told to remove all perishable items from the room and that they would store them in a fridge downstairs. The housekeeping staff was rude and had a disgusting attitude. To receive any service, we had to vacate the room; even then, they only tidied up. To change bed linens, clean the bathroom, or mop the floors had to be explicitly requested. Otherwise, they simply made the bed with dirty sheets and vacuumed the floors—nothing more. I did not participate in breakfast during the 10 days because we were too disappointed with the staff and the treatment we received."

"Pool was not filled & also seemed to be falling apart. Requested a different room because shower door would not stay closed, it would slide open. They sent maintenance instead and it was never fixed nor were we given a different room. Window in room allows in all the noise for the highway, therefore never got a quiet sleep. Elevator was broken. Breakfast & A/C were good."
