The hotel is under construction. The staff did the best they could but it was loud & dusty. I enjoyed the free shuttle service from airport then to the cruise terminal. The complementary breakfast was pretty good

The newly renovated rooms were fabulous. Hotel staff was very accommodating - we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready and when we asked for a later check out, there was no issue at all. We are cruising again in November and plan to stay here again.

I called in the morning before i got off our cruise ship.. Spoke with Renaldo about possibility of early check in. He was so polite and helpful! They have a 24 hr airport shuttle every hour on the hour. The rooms were clean & beautiful! They are remodeling, with office area & dining area in temporary space- again, no big deal. I would definitely stay here again!
