"My stay went well. The front desk staff were wonderful. The room needed a little bit of extra vacuuming upon arrival. I requested it and they did responded as expected. Also, the floor of my room seems to have survived a flooding as it was uneven. There was also a minor crack in the furniture. Other than that, great place to stay."

"Very convenient to the beach , airport and cruise port.shuttle available from the airport to the hotel. Food service in the morning is very slow, especially if you just want to get a cup of coffee. The front of the building rooms are louder due to the train station across the street."

"We booked a king room, only to be told we’d have to stay in a double because they overbooked the kings. Disappointing to say the least. Staff was apologetic, but that didn’t change the fact that I had to sleep separate from my wife."
