Great time at the Oasis Tower at the Hard Rock

We had an amazing time at the Oasis Tower! The room was so comfortable and the amenities were exceptional. My daughters attended a concert but the whole family had a wonderful time! We'll be back for sure!

This is a wonderful hotel with great amenities & convince of food, shopping, coffee shop& even clubbing. Especially appreciate closeness of stadium to the rooms! I just can’t give a 5 Star because I would expect a better room option for what we paid. Room for 1 night $$$$ , window with a parking lot view & no privacy option when someone has to change clothes other than standing next to a toilet. The door in the bathroom wouldn’t even close without sliding open on its own!

Check in the great we were able to get into our room early the rooms are very nice spacious and clean and all of the shops and restaurants on the property are fantastic My only complaint is the screaming crying children in the hall all night and the slamming of doors but that is not the the facilities fault that is just bad parenting and the ignorance of people in general. Why are you bringing small children to a casino anyways?

Love the hardrock My husband sponsored an event upstairs and we spent alot of money on bottle service in VIP cabana. We ate breakfast and had an incredible time. The worst thing is the hotel cleaning crew. The lady knocked and rang our door bell 2x once at 9 am and again at 10 am! Super rude. I told her the first time not to interrupt us as we have until 11 am to check out! This ruined my trip. We returned to room at 4 am after we ate breakfast at the hotel and partied. The hospitality crew was very pushy and didn’t respect our privacy and our sleep allowance as guests. This was why I gave a moderate score. Do better! Tell the cleaning crew NEVER to disturb guests…especially after they have asked not to be interrupted.

Beautiful Casino

Beautiful resort and casino. Very impressive aesthetically. Resort is not available upon the day of arrival. A visitor would have to stay more than one day to enjoy the pool and other activities one might expect from a luxury hotel and resort. We had 3 rooms for our family that were visiting from California. Although we were passing through, this hotel seemed like the perfect hotel to enjoy for a family of all ages. Unfortunately, it wasn’t for our family. We arrived and received 1 room upon checking in. The other 2 were available at 4:11pm. Great not bad but this only allows a small window of less than 2 hours to return to the front desk, get the keys and return to drop off, freshen up, and return to the lobby. Not enough time to enjoy the resort pool which closes at 6pm. Our group of 10 enjoyed a dinner and 5 went to the casino while the others returned to the room. The pool could not be enjoyed by a 20 yo. Gambling was not an option, but the room was. Unlikely we would return since this is not a good fit for our entire family to enjoy.
