We stayed there for 4 nights. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The lady checked us in kindly asked what we activities planed for the 4 days and helped us tuned our hiking plans and routes, provided detail info and map. This was very very helpful! The room was very clean. Breakfast was wonderful!
Truly one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The women that run this property are incredible. The hospitality is top notch. The property is in an amazing location with incredible views! Breakfast was the best of our trip (try the pistachio croissant!). The spa is small and quaint but does the trick. Truly - so so amazing. Go! You will not regret it!
This is a great place to stay. The location is perfect, the breakfast was my favorite on our whole trip, the sisters who run the property are so friendly and gave us a great hiking suggestion, and the rooms are lovely and clean.
This was truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything about my experience was exceptional, from the gorgeous room and views to the incredible service.
A very special thank you to Roberta, who was absolutely wonderful. She took so much time to explain the best hikes, places to visit, and things to see in the area. She was incredibly detailed, helpful, and kind. Her warmth made me feel so welcome, almost like I was part of the family, and I am truly grateful for her.
My room was spectacular, with beautiful windows, an amazing balcony, and breathtaking views. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I also loved having coffee available in the room. I was a little warm during my stay, and when I mentioned it, they immediately offered me a fan and brought it directly to my room, which I really appreciated.
I had to leave very early on two mornings, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to enjoy breakfast every day, but when I finally did, it was absolutely delicious.
The location was also perfect. Everything in the area was within walking distance, which made it so convenient. I had a car during my stay and never had any difficulty finding parking.
Everything about my stay was wonderful. The hotel, the views, the cleanliness, the comfort, the location, and especially the kindness and service made this such a memorable experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Val Gardena.
Great hotel. Super helpful and lovely front desk lady. Room was great. I only wish it had blackout shades. Breakfast was great. Very close to bus station and dining options. Enjoyed the stay very much. Nice view of mountains as well.
Beautiful small hotel steps from restaurants, shops and outdoor activities ( as well as a short drive or bus ride to Ortisei). Impeccably clean and lots of amenities. Loved the breakfast and tea time.
We had a wonderful stay. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk receptionist were attentive and extremely helpful in giving us advice re: hiking trails, places to eat and where to go. We would love to come back!
Staff super pleasant. Parking onsite and if no space there’s a nearby garage that worked fine too. Nicer than I was expecting! Breakfast was also really great actually!
This is a lovely hotel with a very helpful staff who take the time to recommend great hikes, restaurants and more. The breakfasts were excellent, and the spa was relaxing. For many reasons, this was the perfect home base for exploring the Dolomites.
We just returned from a 2 week trip in Northern Italy and Val Gardena was our second stop. There are lots of hotels and B&B's to choose from but we selected this one because it had great reviews and the rooms were large enough to accommodate our family of 4. We really loved it here. The rooms were clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. Our room faced the mountain and we spent a lot of time sitting on a pretty spacious balcony just soaking in the views. This is family owned and Roberta and Mara were so helpful and accommodating. They truly know and love Val Gardena and that passion came through. They helped us with our hikes and excursions, mapping everything out for us. While we had an idea of what we wanted to do, we took their recommendations and they worked out great. As for Val Gardena..wow. What an incredible place. The area is expansive and one could stay there for at least 5 days. Unfortunately we only had 3 but we were able to cover a lot of ground. Would definitely go back and may try it in the winter. I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting.
