Place is very clean, just wish their breakfast starts earlier than 7:30am. Guests come here to hike the Dolomites and need to leave. Had to miss 2 breakfasts during my 4 days stay, thus minus a star.

This place is close to town and room is spacious and clean, although the TV didn’t work. The Gardena Bus Pass (provided by hotel) was great to have, can use it to get to all places. However, the breakfast closet on the hall way which opened before breakfast time should be made available for people who couldn’t made breakfast to grab some stuff. I grabbed an apple and a cup of juice and got dirty look from a staff and was told that was for on site consumption. There is no pack breakfast to go, it would be nice to let people grab a few items from the closet.

Pleasant and helpful staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast and dinner were very good. It was a bit unfortunate that the restaurant closed on Wednesday, but we made use of the pizza place across the road instead. The rooms were nice, and we appreciated the shared balcony at the front of the hotel. The only thing we missed was a refrigerator in the room. All in all an excellent stay

We loved the common areas and the restaurant. The amazing breakfast options were a treat! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was small and hard to navigate with three pieces of luggage - we managed but never got to truly settle in because the storage was lacking. We had a triple room and my 14 year old was on a “bed” that was too small. Again, no major complaints for two night. Great location and we liked the amenities the hotel provided.
