Pleasant stay, the area is beautiful, the hotel rooms could benefit from an update. The new spa area is great, so is the outdoor pool. Very good gourmet restaurant. The hotel staff is friendly, with many trainees the service is not always very professional but nevertheless pleasant.

Lage und Panorama super. Service und Freundlichkeit entsprechen 5*. DeLuxe Zimmer groß aber in die Jahre gekommen. Innen SPA veraltet, aber ein neuer SPA war bei unserem Aufenthalt im Bau. Leider viel russisches Publikum und entsprechend laut. Außen Anlage und Pool wunderschön.

Excellent location - amazing service and quality

We stayed for a week in Val Gardena, and were truly amazed by the hospitality and friendliness of the staff at Alpenroyal. From the first welcome in the reception - wow, through the various encounters with the very nice restaurant and bar staff and also the excellent activity tips, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back at some point. Big thanks to Hannes, Momo and all the rest - this was our first visit to the Dolomites - it will not be our last.
