"Hello First of all, there's no pool at the property, there's a restaurant at the top where you can eat, we had tajine, rice and chicken. The food was delicious and tasty. Overall the service was good, the small thing I didn't like, I don't think if it's their fault or a FEZ thing, but we walk a lot to get there and the access is like a labyrinth. Once you get inside you forgot your pain lol. The Location is good and you can easily walk to the taxi and souk. Thanks"

The rooms look nice in photos but I found them very difficult once inside - nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, really poor lighting for getting ready in the evening, etc. The shower head in our room was terrible - spraying everywhere and so hard it was sharp and painful on my face even at lowest stream. "I don't even know where to start. Karim the manager was an angel; so kind, accommodating, and also knowledgeable about Moroccan history. Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The venue was a dream, the beds comfy, and the food was wonderful. Out of my entire stay in several cities around Morocco, this was my favorite stay because of this outstanding team."

Almost anything you are offered by the Riad manager will cost you two to three times more than if you use Viator or any online booking service for the exact same experience.
