I would suggest a welcome message is sent in advance to guests asking to confirm their contact details for direction advice and arrival time etc as well as notifying guests that they need to give some notice if they want the hotel to arrange guide/transport. Keep in mind that the property is located in the medina at the end of a narrow alley, offering a truly authentic Moroccan neighborhood experience.
