"Hello First of all, there's no pool at the property, there's a restaurant at the top where you can eat, we had tajine, rice and chicken. The food was delicious and tasty. Overall the service was good, the small thing I didn't like, I don't think if it's their fault or a FEZ thing, but we walk a lot to get there and the access is like a labyrinth. Once you get inside you forgot your pain lol. The Location is good and you can easily walk to the taxi and souk. Thanks"

Soumaya was fantastic with our endless requests and questions. And then Adil, Ibrahim, and Ayoub were charming/funny, professional, and hard working. The venue was a dream, the beds comfy, and the food was wonderful. Out of my entire stay in several cities around Morocco, this was my favorite stay because of this outstanding team."

The rooms look nice in photos but I found them very difficult once inside - nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, really poor lighting for getting ready in the evening, etc. The shower head in our room was terrible - spraying everywhere and so hard it was sharp and painful on my face even at lowest stream. "Absolute delight staying here. We truly loved the beautiful riad—it was charming, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. Anwar and Chantal (the owner) were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us when we were in a bit of a jam, which meant so much to us!! I can’t say enough about the warmth of the hospitality. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and breakfast each morning was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."
