"I would say the best resort in Bintan, you have 2 pools to use, and it’s in the cove so the water is extremely calm. The staffs are very friendly and the room itself is new! Best bed to sleep in! "Property was clean, overall friendly staff, good location (proximity to beach). However, when I paid using cash (two instances), the restaurant staff returned me a smaller amount than the change due (1,000 instead of 1,450 and 56,000 instead of 56,200) without any explanations. Afterwards, when I asked why, they said they don't have coins (which actually the front desk staff did have 500 IDR coins) and offered to return an amount greater than the change due. While I appreciate the staff's efforts, I would not expect to have such experiences at a 5-star resort. Nonetheless, overall I enjoyed my stay."
