"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"Everything is great and reasonable rate - room was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, washer and dryer huge bonus and close proximity to beach. There’s also a pool onsite. "

"Our stay was mostly to relax. We are from the area, about an hour away but my husband and i like to go down once a month and just relax. It was perfect for what we needed and the location waS great. It was our first time staying in baytown. Will def rent again there. "
