"I"

"Communicating with the rental property wasn’t good, didn’t receive check in information and had to call multiple times to get different access codes. The property itself was clean and very nice and the beach was private and well maintained. Onsite property management was helpful."

"Alot of options for breakfast buffet"

"Good"

"Several issues with the room maintenance but where corrected ,pool closed bar / restaurant lounge closed , was charged $50. For parking although our reservation was paid in full in advance of arrival explanation was because we booked through 3rd party expedia the resort hotels empty parking lot is part of the property not a separate piece of property also pay resort fee for no amenities"

"Beautiful property with fabulous amenities."

"We asked for a beach view and had paid for it. When we checked in our room looked over the back of a neighboring restaurant. You had to lean over the balcony ro see the beach. Requested a different room and was charged additional $20 per day. Also had to pay $40 per day "resort fee" were not told about this when we prepaid for the trip. Not a big issue but adds up over 5 days."

"Great location and hotel, just know there is no dining anywhere on the property. But, plenty of choices just down the sidewalk at Baytown Wharf or the marina"

"First thing I noticed was staff were very friendly and helpful , the property was very clean and besides golf it definitely would help with more activities and more food options"

"The room/space itself was clean however the elevators/hallways etc…were all very dirty. The mattress itself was comfortable however a king with only two pillows and a very thin quilt was not."

"Wonderful experience. beautiful room and wonderful amenities"

"Amazing property close to beach access very clean!!"

"Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!"
