"I think this was our 4th stay at the Andaz in the last couple of years (each time we come, we stay for at least a week). Service-wise, the staff is fantastic and most of the staff even remember us from prior visits and are wonderful. I am surprised that the front desk always seems to be overwhelmed. We had asked to be in the building overlooking the adult pool and were told there were no rooms available. Although we had paid for an oceanfront room, the room we received was on the lowest floor and barely had an ocean view. In later conversations with the staff, we found out that the majority of the rooms were unoccupied this week. Although we love the Andaz, we will probably explore more options for our next trip. "

"The room was clean and inviting, and we were impressed that there was ice in the freezer! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Sasha in the office and Kevin on the ground keeping crew. All of the staff were extremely hard working, keeping the property looking great! We will definitely stay here again! The proximity to the beach and restaurants as well as other amenities can’t be beat. Lovely to have a small cooler, beach chairs and umbrella provided. The gas stove was a definite plus, and both pools have gas grills that are well maintained. Too many nice things to say."
