I thought we were getting a room with a balcony, but we only got a room with a window. Management said the class of room I booked included either a window or Juliet balcony or balcony, and that this info was made clear to Expedia before Expedia listed then on their site. I don't recall seeing anything to this effect on Expedia. So something went admiss there..."

"This is a bed and breakfast guest house located in the heart of Naples, 5 minutes walking from the Napoli Centrale Station and the Alibus stop to Naples Airport. It’s a family run establishment. My room was spacious and the bed was clean and comfortable. Alfredo, the front desk manager, was courteous and polite. His restaurant recommendations were great. The rooftop patio with views of Naples are spectacular, especially at night. My one week stay was wonderful and I look forward to staying here...
