Bad luck as no electricity which was repaired in front of our room whole night with lot of shooting. Small room with some stuff that would need some attention to make it look good again. Good for one night.

Good base to travel to the Naples & Amalfi areas

Good hotel as a base to travel to Naples and the Amalfi coast with Pompei on your doorstep. The hotel is located in a quiet area set back from the main road with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Parking was always available in the hotel car park. Lovely pool and gardens although the sunbeds can definitely do with being replaced as most of the legs were rusty, broken or both. Wi-fi does not reach the bedrooms. There is not a huge choice of places to eat within walking distance so a hire car is a must. Breakfast is a selection of croissants, cakes, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, ham, cheese & bread.

Read a lot of mixed reviews about this hotel but we wanted a hotel with good access to Pompei without the price tag. The staff didn't speak English but I personally dont expect this of a hotel abroad. The staff were accommodating and with the help of google translate we had a great stay. The location was great for us. Quiet, with a local store with necessities 5mins walk away. Train station a 20min walk away which we managed easily as it was flat. The room we booked had a mountain view and looked over lime trees which was lovely to wake up to. The room was basic which i expected from the price. Housekeeping come every day and were great. We were given fresh towels everyday which I personally didn't think is necessary. Breakfast was typically italian lots of choice but not a variety, lots of types of bread. Nothing warm and once it ran out it seemed it wasnt topped up. Sometimes we got yoghurts so it could do with a look into being more regulated with options. We added the dinner option and ate at the restaurant which was a 2min walk away. Felt safe walking with my daughter each night but we are used to a more rural location. The restaurant staff again didn't speak English but they never got our order wrong. We used the pool once which could do with a refurb but not dirty. We arranged a trip to mount vesuvius through the hotel which went all to plan and reasonably priced. Train costs- Scafati to Pompei €1.50 single Scafati to Naples €3.30 single

Odd place fine for one night. Bed not made when arrive sheets and pillows in a drawer? Reception telephone ringing from early but answered and pretty noisy in room next to reception. It was good value and near pompei if you have a car. I wont need to stay again and would look elsewhere if I returned to the area

Le personnel est très agréable et les chambres sont confortables. Petit déjeuner bon et copieux, tout comme le restaurant, pas cher et très bon, serveurs aimables. Gros point noir; l’environnement : rien à proximité, il fait la voiture. La piscine : espaces autour très étroits

Terrivel, pessimo atendimento

Chegamos um pouco mais tarde na propriedade, fiz uma reserva de meia pensão, porém ao chegar no hotel fui informada que tinha apenas café da manha, reclamei e mostrei meu comprovante, a recepcionista enviou uma mensagem para alguém e informou, que na minha reserva possuia meia pensao e no sistema nao. ela relutou e a todo momento disse que nao tinha, eu falei que eu poderia pagar pela refeição desde que ela me desse um comprovante, pois eu iria reclamar no hoteis.com, ela disse que nao era possivel e “por cortesia” iria jantar de “graca” o restaurante e o mesmo do o da pousada, chegamos no restaurante e fomos “pessimamente” atendidas, toda hora o “dono” ficava perguntando para o garcom, qual era o problema. PESSIMO ATENDIMENTO. ao retornar depois do jantar, fomos tomar banho e detalhe, chuveiro gelado, esperamos para ver se esquentava e nada, descemos na recepção e não tinha ninguém, tentamos mais uma vez o chuveiro e nada, tivemos que dormir sem banho, depois de uma longa viagem. Excellent rapport qualité-prix !

L'hôtel a un charme rustique. Belle piscine. Petit-déjeuner buffet correct. Repas du soir en demi-pension sensationnel dans le restaurant appartenant à l' hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Pas si agréable que ça

Pas de bus, ni taxi pour y aller 4km à pieds pour y parvenir, idem pour le retour bien qu'on nous à dit que quelqu'un de la réception nous déposerai en voiture. Le lit est bien trop dur autant dormir au sol, le personnel est de marbre, le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnais pas, la WiFi fonctionne une fois sur 2. A moins d'avoir une voiture je déconseille d'y aller à pieds, une heure de marche avec une valise.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool! Room was a bit small (pretty much only fit a bed). Breakfast had a wide variety as well! The only negative would be the location. Scafati is not a very nice area, we did not feel comfortable walking around off the hotel grounds other than to a restaurant around the corner. Overall Pompeii is not a safe feeling city though so not sure it would be any different elsewhere. Safe and secure parking was a plus though!

Très bien

Le personnel est super gentil. La place est très propre. Le petit restaurant des propriétaires qui est à deux pas de l'hôtel fait de la bonne bouffe pour pas cher.

We stayed one week in Villa Clementina, the hotel is well situated to visit the reagon, Napels, Vesuvius, Pompei, Amalfi, Sorrento. The hotel staff is verry friendly and helpfull, breakfast is excellent . I would certennaly reccomend this hotel for people loving the tranquility and luxery off a nice pool and garden.
