"We were only there for a couple of hrs, as we had a flight from Burbank at 9 am. Was disappointed there wasn't a quick continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Terrible experience from start to finish. The entire property felt neglected, with a clear lack of basic sanitation and cleanliness. The room was in unacceptable condition—dirty surfaces, a strong lingering cigarette odor, and an overall sense that it had not been properly cleaned. Hygiene standards were especially concerning: only one small towel was provided, and it was visibly stained and unclean, which raised serious doubts about how anything in the room was maintained. To make matters worse, the photos used in their advertising are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property at all. What is shown online is far from what you get in reality. On top of everything, the front desk staff was unfriendly and unprofessional, making an already bad situation worse. I would not stay here again under any circumstances."

"I’ll keep this short and pain free, which is actually how my stay was. Checkin was quick, room was very clean, bed comfy and slept well, highlight was the patio access from the room. Pool and courtyard area was maintained very nice. Parking ample. 5 solid stars. What a good cheaper hotel should be."
