"I give them a five star but if it was 10, I’ll give them a 10 the staff was very friendly very knowledgeable respectful the place was clean property everything so I really really appreciate the stay at Wilson North Carolina downtown Holiday Express and I will stay there again. Highly recommended. "

"Very well restored building in the heart of downtown. Clean, comfortable,easy access, and an easy walk to all of the downtown activities."

"Only stayed one night it was okay. The only complaint was the pancake machine was malfunctioning and it made these small pancakes. You had to make 3 just to get one and that held up the pancake maker and formed a line around the machine. The machine should be moved to the end instead of having it in the middle."

"Hotel is very nice but this was our third stay and possibly our last. The breakfast is very lacking and has been in the past. The oatmeal was barely cooked, the waffle machine was not working, no fruit except a few oranges and no pastry. Also, our “hot”water was barely warm. Very disappointed"

"The rooms need upgrading. The hotel also does not offer a full complimentary breakfast — only waffles and oatmeal. There is no workout facility available either. Additionally, Melissa King at the front desk advised me that late checkout is not available. Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM, and even if you’re willing to pay, a later checkout is still not permitted. Because of these issues, I will not be returning. ⭐️🏨❌"
