When I arrived at my hotel to check in, I was told that Expedia had cancelled my reservation without alerting me. Fortunately there was one remaining room but not the category I had reserved (2 beds).
We checked in got our room key but someone else was in our room. Super awkward but the lady at the front desk was very helpful and seemed as though she inherited some issues from the previous shift. I just wished offered something for the inconvenience and embarrassment.
