Pessoas q atendem impecavelmente bem, gentis, prestativas e educadas. Em especial a Ângela, o Riseld e o administrador q infelizmente não sei o nome mas igualmente impecável no atendimento. "Cozy and very central hotel, right in the center of Saranda and very close to the bus station. The owner was absolutely wonderful, he took us to the bus station in his car because it was 6am and it was raining. He made a huge difference. We recommend this hotel!"
