"The place was clean and the staff were kind despite some language barriers from the female staff member, there was an issue with the phone so when I told male receptionist that I wanted breakfast at 9AM(they said they would call me when it’s ready) nobody came through and nobody came up to knock me because apparently they didn’t want to disturb I never said I didn’t want to be disturbed so somebody probably should’ve come up to get me because it meant that my breakfast was left out for an hour....

Every minor or major request was met with utter kindness, competence and a quick solution, everyone was happy to help with any question or wish that came up.
