"I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly.
One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. "Had the most gorgeous view of the mountain. The hotel is close to restaurants, cafes, city center, and tourist spots. Be sure to try the Chestnut cakes sold near the hotel.
The owner and staff are really helpful. They're like a close-knit family with Pam as the big sister. She is always willing to help and answer our queries. She's simply the best! "
