전반적으로 좋습니다. 데이터 유심으로 가져 준비 했는데 바이크 렌트시 비상상황 대응안되서 포기 했습니다. 케슐안에 기기들이 고장이라 충전이 안되는 점 외는 쾐찮았습니다. 관리자분이 한국사람은 카카오톡 설치 했으면 좋았을것 같습니다. 비가 많이 와서 저녁에 김치 라면 좋았습니다.

Futuristic and Private

A surprisingly modern and "futuristic" place for a small, rural town like Sapa. The experience of staying in the pod was fun. It was extremely private and comfortable, a place to come back to after a day to rest, but perhaps not the best place to socialize and make new friends - but I don't see people coming to Sapa for that reason, necessarily. I only stayed one night but really enjoyed it.

Staff claims that Sapa town water is down. 3 days I was there, there was no water for showering and toilet. Staff had to arrange for transportation to another affiliated hostel to shower. Risk it if you still want to book it. Bike rental is slightly higher than outside, but you pay for the convenience. Remember to pump just enough petrol. First day I pump full tank, the next day on the same bike, they emptied the tank. I guess that's how they earn the extra cash. But good news is, the hostel is clean and nice.

훌륭한 호텔입니다

걸어서 10분거리에 사파호수, 사파역이 있고.주변에 볼거리 먹을 거리가 많아요. 객실에서 바라보는 뷰는 최고입니다. 가성비대비 서프라이즈. 호텔이 마을 꼭대기에 있어 캐리어가 있는분은 걸어서 오기가 힘들겁니다. 조식은 가격대비 약해요

너무 좋아요.

아침 6시반쯤 도착했는데 너무 이른 시간이라 앞에서 서성이고있었는데 먼저 따뜻한 차 들고 나오셔서 들어오라고 해주시고 혹시나 얼리체크인 되냐 했더니 원래 수수료가 있는데 마침 그날이 새해 다음 날이였는데 베트남 새해엔 러키머니라고 있다고 그거라 생각해라 하면서 얼리체크인 해주심.. 6시반에! 원래가 1시인가 2시인데?! 감동받음 방이랑 공용화장실도 굉장히 깔끔하고 전기장판은 진짜 너무 사랑해요ㅠ 위치도 가는길이 오르막길과 계단이지만 시티까지 5분도 안걸리고 높은데 위치한만큼 뷰가 좋음

사파 선프라자 언덕에있는거라 위치는매우좋았어요 게스트하우스인데 혼자 방쓰는느낌의 캡슐들 베란다에서 광장 야경이보여서 운치있었음 혼자 가서 맥주실컷먹었네요 테라스에서 ㅋㅋ 이불상태는 좀아쉬움

우리나라에 잘 알려진 숙소에 예약하려 하였으나 예약할 수 없어서 차선의 선택으로 결정한 사파 캡슐 호텔은 결과적 으로는 최선의 선택이 됐을만큼 만족스러운 호스텔 이였습니다..언덕위에 위치하지만 계단으로 되어있는 지름길로 쉽게 사파시내에 접근할 수 있으며 높은 곳에 위치한 만큼 경치도 아름답습니다 사파 캡슐 호텔에서 신청했던 트레킹 코스도 만족 스러웠으며, 함께 신청했던 패밀리디너도 베트남 가정식을 저렴한 가격으로 먹어볼 수 있었던 좋은 기회였습니다 주인장 Sisi를 비롯한 스텝들이 모두 친절하였으며 4일동안 지내는 동안 편하고 지낼 수 있도록 도와주었습니다..사파에서 저렴한 가격으로 위치 좋고 편히 쉴 수있는 숙소를 찾는다면 사파 캡슐 호텔을 추천합니다

Lovely hostel!!!

We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it! The accommodation was clean, modern and only a 2 minute walk from the town centre. All of the staff here were so helpful and friendly. If we return to sapa we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful! But maybe bad timing..

The place was absolutely beautiful! The cubbys you sleep in were so nice, with heated beds.. it was wonderful. The down side.. it may have been the timing when I was there but it was so loud! Most places have signs or rules reminding people between certain hours please be quite for other guests. There was non of that. Many locals were staying here and were very loud at all hours of the night talking to each other from cubby to cubby, watching tv with no headphones and so on. Also.. there was a party I didn't expect. When I asked front desk about it he told me that a bunch of kids from town have rented most of the Hotel and were throwing a party "they can do what they want, they are young and have power" I was told.. the noice level was... crazy.. lol. I was annoyed with this because I picked this place due to the fact that it had no bar, it was away from town and I had hoped it would be a little more quite so I could sleep. The place was beautiful though and clean. I hope.. I just had bad timing.

An overall bad experience

Pros: The staff are hardworking, friendly and helpful. They allow luggage storage early in the morning before checking in so that we can walk around in the town. The shared toilets are always clean despite the number of travellers.The bed and pillow are comfortable. They also had locker with key right in front of the capsule to store luggage. There is a spacious open concept balcony with chairs and mountain view - where can spend time interacting. It is indeed a great view. Cons: However, there was a group of noisy travellers with their loud speaker portable radio blasting out songs at night during our 2 nights stay - not considerate at all. Meanwhile, the capsules are made out of plastic and have no proper sound proofing system so it very noisy when you climb up and down and move around your capsule. If you're in the lower pod, it is even worse. The terrible part is that the staff off the aircon/fan in the capsule in view that other travellers complained it is noisy and it saves the hotel's electricity!!! So it is really really hot and stuffy inside when we close the capsule sliding door - so we left it half opened. So not recommended for those who prefers cooling and quiet room.

가격대비 정말 괜찮았습니다.

칸막이 형식이라 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 하지만 이불과 매트를 보니 세탁이 안되어있는건지 덜 되어있는건지 얼룩 자국들이 많이 묻어있어서 불쾌했습니다. 새로 세탁을 하는지 의문스러워 체크아웃할때 지켜봤습니다. 매트랑 이불 다 새로 바꾸더라구요. 제꺼만 그날 안되어 있었던 건가요? 따뜻한 물도 잘나오고 화장실도 청결해서 좋았습니다. 아무튼 저렴한 가격에 만족스러운 하룻밤을 묵었습니다.

2e séjour! Tres propre et toujours aussi serviable

Dortoir en lit capsule, ce qui fait que l'on est privé malgré tout. Très belle vue. Personnel très serviable et lieux super propre. Je n'hésite pas à le conseiller chaudement. Rapport qualité -prix excellent. L'hôtel n'a qu'un an.

roaches in the capsule bed

nice but not sanitary. small roaches are in the capsule bed and mosquitos in the toilets. looks new but needs to clean more. bf was instand ramen for hefty 40k. no restaurants around. just a great view.
