Excellent Location

Nice and comfortable hotel, excellent location. Be aware there's no reception, all contact must be made through WhatsApp, phone, etc. Also, there's no room cleaning (only when you leave), and there's an one-time cleaning fee on top of the room rate (check the total to make sure it's included before click on "Book").

The check in process seemed messy and disorganized. We only got access to our room over an hour after the promised check-in time. The room was very tiny and cramped. The bed was only a full size, so not good for a couple. In the bathroom, there was no holder for the soap, so it just had to sit on the counter and melt away. They never picked up trash or replaced towels or linen during the four days we were there. On the other hand, the location was great and we loved the neighborhood. I liked how easily we could get in and out of the building, and it felt pretty safe overall.

Localização excelente. Único ponto negativo foi que havia formigas por todos os móveis da cozinha, sofá, mesa e se espalhando pelos meus pertences. Já no quarto não havia cobertor, apenas o lençol da cama, e infelizmente havia lodo e sinais de gordura do corpo respingado no box do banheiro

As acomodações são muito boas e sempre que vou a SP me hospedo neste prédio Mas vale a ressalva do checkin eletrônico , desta vez estava acompanhando de um casal com mais idade e para quem não tem habilidade com celular não consegue efetuar o checkin sozinho O suporte remoto ajudou mas deveriam ter uma outra forma de efetuar o checkin para pessoas sem aptidão ao uso de celular

Boa instalação

A limpeza não estava adequada, encontrei pêlos e sujeira pelo chão e tapete. Faltou roupas de cama, tinha apenas um edredom fino que cobria a cama, somente travesseiros no armário. O banheiro estava sem secador, mas prontamente pude recorrer ao atendimento por WhatsApp e instalaram um em poucos minutos.
