"Wrong Address on receipt and website!!! Drove around looking for hotel correct address. Expedia should update or someone should compensate me for endless talking to locals and information center for correct location. Wasted alot of time while on vacation. Very disappointed."

"We are totally disappointed by the room and quality standards of Fairmont Haitang Bay in Sanya. We had high hopes on Fairmont, being a prestigious US hospitality brand, and left it the very last stop of our four-day-three-night itinerary. The room facilities are not professionally installed. Room size (allegedly 63 sq m but nowhere near it) and arrangement are not the same as the website suggested. I would understand this kind of standards coming from a three-star class but we paid US$200 for it...
