"friendly staff, clean hotel, quite, breakfast was good,"

"Das Hotel ist ein überraschendes Kleinod in dem Ort. Wir (Paar) hatten eine Suite im neuen Bereich des Challets: Die Einrichtung spiegelt zeitlose Elegance aus früheren Epochen wieder und gleichzeitig Modernität und Luxus im Bad. "Sugestão de melhorias. Ducha higiênica no sanitário. Mais ganchos de parede para pendurar roupas."

"The room was lovely, with the bathtub. Bed was very comfortable. Even though the windows were not completely soundproof, the town (Obidos) is so quiet that we slept well, like a baby. Due to the nature of the town, you have to park your car outside the city walls, and there are no convenience stores close to the hotel."

"No one to talk with about the facility. No clocks in the room"

"Very nice hotel with a lovely setting and nice amenities!"

"Excellent location, just a stroll into the walled city. The place is very tastefully decorated. We arrived in the dark and woke up to a beautiful view of the city wall when we opened the window shutters. The bed was big & comfy some more pillows & a fitted sheet would have improved the bed. The toilet flush was a scary as I thought it was going to overflow but it didn’t."

"Not friendly at all"
