The room was a little run down but was comfortable, clean, safe for the price you pay. Very good location for everything. The management ,and staff are so welcoming, respectful, and very friendly!

Clean and comfortable

Exactly what I wanted: a clean, comfortable room for a single night and a reasonable price. The staff was professional and considerate, the room was clean, the bed comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Really nice place to stay

We had a very nice stay. Relaxing environment, quiet, super hot water for a nice long shower after being cold outside. I’d stay again for sure

Quiet home away from home

Great place to stay either for business or pleasure. Clean quiet rooms and there are plenty of choices for dining nearby. There are also plenty of shopping options available nearby as well. Front desk is courteous and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfortable, check-in staff was super nice, off street parking right in front of the room. Located right across the street from Trader Joes, Costco (gas), and a host of other shopping. Easy drive to downtown, Santa Rosa is a nice little visit. Lots to do and see.

We were hesitant at first. But once we arrived the owners were very welcoming. The property was clean , and quiet. Sleep like a baby. Only downside was that the room was extremely hot when we arrived and it took hours to cool down. We left for a few hours and came back and room had cooled down some. We didn’t complain because overall we had a great stay. We had a King room in the corner and it was on a Thursday .

The staff were super friendly but the condition of the room was so gross. It smelled so bad I had to air it out but it still stunk. The bathroom reeked of urine even though it looked like it was clean. I saw the caulk had come off the base of the toilet and it was leaking old urine. It was so disgusting I couldn’t even shower. I can’t believe they charge what they do. I am so glad the night is over and I am out of there. But again, the staff was very very nice so no disrespect to them.

The mattress was so comfortable and the room so nice. The manager was so accommodating to me, the dog and when I accidentally left behind something he held onto it so I could come back and get it. That is customer service! Newly refurbished and it doesn’t look like a 4 star but I give it 5!
