"Staying at the hotel area really gave us a feel for what was a non-tourist area. Staff was very helpful and recommended some really good restaurants where the Romans eat and they were close by. We were traveling by train and convenient to the the train station."

"Location is perfect to be in Termini station.Clean, changing towels daily ,a/c,wifi,common sitting area."

"Conveniently located near Roma Central train station, room was nice, adequate services, clean & comfortable bed, check-in was simple, staff were nice, first floor location, tiny elevator on-site BUT 3 keys and a room card to enter your room, communication via Whatsapp was poor, wi-fi was terrible, seperate communal kitchen and courtyard terrace accessible and stocked with the basics."

"The hotel itself is a beautiful building. It’s just not being kept to part. It has a lot of mold. Carpeting is old. It just needs to be brought back to life. The rooms are also old. There’s mold in the bathroom. Nothing special about it."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive to messages. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags for the day after we checked out and to be able to pick them up on the evening on our way out of Rome. Wonderful few days! Thank you!"

"Decent property near attractions would recommend to stay here."

"Clean room and responsive staff!"

"It was a great stay for 3 nights, Thanks to owners"

"Close to the train station. Good location. Difficult to get in. The room is facing a street with a quite loud tram. Otherwise it was what was expected"

"The hotel advertised it had an elevator. It had one but it only went to the 2nd floor. Our room was on the 4th floor. Had to go up 2 flights of steps Also we were there the last week of October and it was only around 55 f degrees during the day and 45 at night. When we asked how to get the heat to work we were told no air condition until summer, and no heat until winter. I suppose no heat until December. It was also very noisy at night."

"New hotel located in central Rome. Had fantastic stay. Such friendly, helpful staff, great room with balcony. Near Termini train station and can walk to hotel or take short taxi ride. Close to major attractions and great restaurants. Would stay here again!"
