The staff is always wonderful and attentive. The facilities are always very clean. They need to add to the selection of specialty restaurants.

Dreams Huatulco Resort & Spa - All Inclusive
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location and amenities. Using the Hyatt Inclusive app to request services or to resolve issues makes for an easy experience. Only negative was that the à la carte restaurants don’t take reservations.

The staff was excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the property. The pool and beach area we lovely and we never had to worry about finding lounge chairs. There are many stairs on the property so it isn't ideal for those with mobility issues, although they do have a shuttle from reception to ...
