"I had called the hotel to let them know I wouldn’t be checking in at the said time and the receptionist was very kind and said since we’re communicating we wouldn’t have to worry and the room will be there. Upon arrival she was the receptionist that worked the afternoon/night shift was very kind and loved her. She even recommended taking cabs and informed me they take you to the local beaches and the “Centro” (la Crucecita) for 40 pesos. The pool is kid friendly and with large families there...
