"Stayed in this hotel as a final destination after a trip from Zurich through the Alps. I had never been to Milan before so was unsure good areas to stay in. This hotel did not disappoint at all. Located a minutes walk from Moscova metro station it was very conveniently located for all the tourist attractions either in walking distance or 2-3 stops on the Metro. The hotel itself is very stylish and modern fitting in with the area. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful when checking and gave use a free upgrade on our room. The room was what I expected but the add extras in the room made it even better (Marshall bluetooth speakers, gym equipment, water fountains on all floors). The breakfast was amazing - lots of choice of hot and cold. Coffee made to order and the atmosphere in the gallery mezzanine give it a relaxed. Would definitely stay here again and would consider other Urban Hive hotels in other cities."

"We booked the Duomo Suite, which is on the main level, and has a private patio area. The suite is spacious, quiet, with a large, white bathroom, two TVs and a sofa. They restock the fridge with complimentary soft drinks daily. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options, although they did not have salads; we got complimentary cappuccinos and espressos by request too. Hotel location was very central, within walking distance of all downtown attractions - La Scala, Duomo, Castello Sforzesco (hence the name of the hotel), The Last Supper painting, also lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, including a spectacular Starbucks Reserve. Staff was welcoming and spoke good English too. Price for the suite was a little high for February, but this was during the Olympics and the location and amenities were worth it for us. We enjoyed our stay in Milan in great part also due to this lovely hotel."

"Updated and modern hotel in a great location. 5 min walk to the Duomo and all the shopping. Room attendants were so thorough and attentive."

"A busy place but offering good service and with clean rooms. Breakfast was a bit flat (so we didn't bother after the first morning) but overall we were content."

"Very well run establishment! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Every request was addressed immediately. The room was spacious and was cleaned perfectly on a daily basis. The breakfast was well worth the added cost. I suspect that the outdoor patio area would be quite inviting in the Summer."
