"Breakfast selection was a bit poor only croissant or bread cereal would of been nice as well . And scrambled egg looked very runny . Rooms definately need updating but did the job . Bed comfy . Window sill very dirty on arrival . Clean towels everyday was good . Staff helpful. "

"I was extremely happy staying in the property as I was well taken care of. The rooms are clean with everything new including the towels. The air conditioner worked exceptionally well given that most European hotels pay less attention to cooling. There is a lot of open space inside the property giving it a homely vibe. The location is the best. I took the express train from the MXP airport to Cadorna station and washed walked to the hotel, just 7 minutes from the station. The Duomo is less than 10 minutes from the hotel. There are restaurants and shops all around the hotel. The hotel is very quiet as it is located in a alley. I will stay there again if I return to Milan again. There was no kettle and tea/coffee in the room, which I missed badly. "

"Lovely stay at this hostel; friendly staff, nice crisp bedlinen, very clean and super central. Hats off to you for thoughtful touches like assorted pasta and vegetables free to use in the communal kitchen,and little novelty baskets of free tampons, ear plugs, sleep masks, sweeties etc, left in little baskets in the rooms and reception. I’ll be back! X"

"The room is large and clean but could do with more places to store things including in the bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. Did not have a breakfast there."

"We had a lovely stay. Staff super helpful. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Don’t miss the Rooftop Bar and Restaurant! Great location walking distance to Duomo and Last Supper. Close to great shopping, too. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Excellent location and place. Other than one small check in issue, it was a fantastic place. Its right next to the train and the subway system and the palace and its museums. Very pleased and definitely will return again. Only very small issue was the owner did not send us check in instructions until the day of the check-in. I requested it in advance to get the details before I left my home country but they said I had to wait and only provided it 3 hours before so had to find a place with wi-fi to download the video with check in instructions. Other than this small fact, it was a stellar place and our favorite in Italy during our multiple trips so far."

"kitchen was not fully equipped no t even have salt and pepper to use. The cleaning staff did not even clean the place and change our towels not untill i called on the 2nd day and did not show up on the third day of our stay. Its really disappointing especially we pay too much money on the place and is also misleading the address. we will definitely not recommend this place to our friends. The hot water is running out when we are taking shower so we need to turn off and wait."
