Me tocó una habitación con puertas de cristal en la aquí nos entraba el frío y el baño sin agua caliente, sé que el lugar es económico pero no es para tener una cama en la que no se puede dormir ya que lo que queríamos era solo descansar"

"The hotel couldn’t find our reservation and wasn’t very helpful in solving the problem. Front staff didn’t speak any English and wouldn’t try to communicate via google translate.
When another (Spanish speaking) couple showed up with the same problem and complained a little “harder” than I was able too - it got things moving and we were setup in another hotel."

"This is the 5th time I have stayed at this property. I absolutely love it! They treat us like family. We arrived late and they gave us rooms on the 3rd floor. There’s no elevator and we are all retired with various health issues. They promptly got us 2 rooms on the 1st floor. The night before we checked out, we each received a gift basket of Dulces de Chiapas along with a thank you note. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is perfect, walkable to many restaurants and shopping."
