Staff were SUPER friendly and helpful. One of the nicest people I have met, all of them from reception, to bar tender to people in the restaurant. The reason for 2 star rating was only because of the rooms. Very small, old, out dated and very importantly , false advertising. We booked a sea view room ( not partial view) and there was no sea view whatsoever. If you go on balcony and stick your head outside the balcony , you can get a glimpse of some water. And they call it sea view. Because of the shape of the hotel, only very very very few rooms will actually have a proper sea view. Rooms and hallways were very dark and not cozy at all. Not worth the money in my opinion

Lovely hotel that has been style immaculately. The rooms were clean and spacious with great amenities. We enjoyed both pools but particularly the rooftop area which came with an infinity pool and sensational views. Our main gripe was the service around the pool and during breakfast. We were seated at an empty table and eventually collected our own cutlery, glasses and bottled water, despite staff walking past us multiple times. We had to remind them to bring us our menus and also take our order- this happened at breakfast and around the pool. During checkout we checked the invoice to see we had been charged for items we hadn't ordered during our time around the pool, to which we were quickly refunded. This is a lovely hotel however we expected a higher quality of service due to this being a part of the W group and sadly won't be returning unless the service improves.

I’m usually not the type of person to leave a bad review, but unfortunately, my four-night stay at the W Ibiza was extremely disappointing. Our first room had several issues. The shower had a drainage problem that caused water to leak from the bathroom into the bedroom, the water pressure was very low, and the AC did not work properly. The staff was friendly and tried to help by moving us to another room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second room had similar problems: water leaking from the shower and an AC that still wasn’t working properly. To make matters worse, the fire alarm suddenly went off for no apparent reason and continued beeping for about 25 minutes. When I asked a cleaning staff member what was happening, I was told this was “completely normal” and that we had to wait for someone from the front desk to turn it off. That was very concerning. I do want to recognize Sebastian from the dining service, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. For almost $625 per night, I expected a much higher standard. Having plumbing, AC, and alarm issues in two different rooms is unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend the W Ibiza.

We had a great time at the W hotel in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza. The hotel is beautiful, right on the beach with nice views of the sea. You are only a short walk to old town, to lots of restaurants, stores and the marina. The staff is amazing! From the spa, to the front desk, restaurant, rooftop, pool… they are all professional, kind and ready to help you with anything you need. We ate a couple of times at their pizza restaurant; the food was absolutely delicious, that’s why we kept going back! Thank you to the W team for a great vacation!

Very fun hotel with a cool vibe. I did not like the 1st room that I was given, as it had a view of trash cans and a weird smell. However, once I changed rooms for an ocean view my experience was much better. What a difference a view makes! I also enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. Overall my stay was a pleasant experience!

We had a great time there. Staff are very professional and friendly. Room was very clean and comfy. We had a city view but was quiet room. The hotel design is making the possibility of having a sea view room much difficult. Breakfast was amazing. Gym is very good. Pool area is nice too despite that the sun doesn't last all day because of the hotel design, but you have the roof top pool which is adult only anf access to sandy beach. The food is great and have good verities but its a bit expensive! But I think this a common thing in Ibiza.

Really nice hotel and rooms, food and cocktail options were great. Staff were lovely and it’s in a really nice part of Ibiza. Theres a little taxi rank right outside the hotel too. I arrived early and they had upgraded our room to a sea view and ready before normal check in time which was a bonus. The room was really nice (although I’d hardly call it a sea view), the balcony did smell of stale cigarettes so I didn’t spend much time out there. There was also a €200 daily charge on the room which I’ve never experienced before so it would have been €800 for the four nights we were there. A bit excessive in my opinion. I was also really disappointed that there were no beach beds by the beach when there’s an image showing some. Loved the loungers in the pool.

Modern and stylish, the W is conveniently located in Santa Eulalia, a beautiful small town 10 minutes from Ibiza town. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. The staff is nice and helpful. The pool has a bar and a sun tanning area, although a little narrow with limited sun beds. The gym is well equipped and has everything for a serious workout. Breakfast is nice as well, although it’s “à la carte”, no buffet. Overall the W is a very good choice for those who want to relax in style.
