"This hotel is located quite far from central Naples. There is basically nothing in the area and Arzanos is very run down and quite desolate. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and the staff was quite helpful with arranging transportation to Naples. The hotel itself is fine but the location is terrible. Think I booked this by mistake, as there is also a Hotel Europa near the train station in Naples. "

"The property was hidden behind a quirky traditional door which opens in to a courtyard to gain access to the hotel. Staff were friendly and on hand to assist with any help we required and also provided tips and information to make the most of our trip to to Naples. The suite we stayed in had a split level sleeping arrangement which made the room spacious and the large window opened on to a Juliet balcony overlooking the busy street below. "Our family of four (two young children) really enjoyed our stay. The location of the B&B is very convenience, right next to the Università metro stop. You can access most of the notable sites with 10-15 min walk either direction. Lots of food options in the area. The B&B was nice and well stocked, clean, with lots of space. The gem of this stay was the staff who were very kind and welcoming, providing a lovely breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to...

"We selected Terminus for its convenient and central location and 24 hour front desk service/ check-in. We had a late flight arrival making this location ideal for quick bus trip from airport. Complimentary bottle of wine and expansive continental breakfast were fantastic. Room locks were in process of being swapped out so we did have trouble with room access. This issue is likely resolved but wanted to note as possible frustration for future travelers."
