The Holiday Inn at the VulcanoBuono is a great place to stay near the great spots in the shadow of Vesuvius (Sant’Anastasia, for example), close enough to the airport and if you don’t want to say in Napoli proper for a respite from the wonderful chaos of Napoli. The staff is great. The building is very interesting. And parking is ample.

My stay was fantastic! Everything was convenient and easy to navigate. The hotel was located above a large mall with plenty of stores and restaurants, offering different dining options every night. The music outside our room in the court yard was horrible. Its an exhibit in the mall area with no control of the hotel. We didnt stay here because of thd noise. The young lady at the front desk was so nice and helpfull.

I’d like to highlight Francesco and his colleagues at the front desk/reception. They all provided exceptional service for our (rather large) party, who were all staying for a different number of nights. Everything was handled perfectly. And Francesco was particularly impressive, remembering the names of our individual party members throughout our stay. He seemed to be everywhere in the hotel all the time. Very impressive. I highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn!

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever stayed at. I’d rate a 1 star- if that. We only stayed for a few hours before our transfer to Positano- our room smelled like chemicals which I ended up getting an allergic reaction from. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and shower was set up in a way where when used it flooded the entire washroom. Not to mentions it’s a 35 minute drive from Naples Airport and I was charged $100 euros by the taxi driver (I suppose this was my fault but recommendations from the property regarding transport should be mentioned or included when booking.)

Hotel buono e rinnovato

Hotel molto buono, ristorante fantastico. Purtroppo i problemi sono sempre gli stessi: climatizzazione che non si riesce a gestire perché collegata al centro commerciale, e la puzza di frittura che si sente nelle camere dell’ala sinistra del hotel.
