Taxi Rank right out front, clean and 24 hour reception which was highly convenient. Felt safe when coming home alone as a young female as they had the lobby with a security guard after 11pm till 4am each night.

Property is central to dining, shopping, nightlife and beach. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only two things that I believe can improve. 1 although luggage storage is available. The same person at the front desk had to attend the reception guest and luggage service . We had to wait until reception area was clear to have luggage stored. I believe additional personal would improve this service. 2 the pool chairs and umbrellas should not be an additional cost. That was an extra expense that as guest of the hotel should not have been charged. The stay was not cheap to begin with and to have to incur additional expenses that was not budgeted. Other than those services. The stay was phenomenal.

We had food by the pool area which was very decent to be fair. lively pool area. its a loud apartment block but we knew that before we went and was happy with it. right on the beach. loved it. prob book again next year.

Excellent property. Directly in front of the beach and two pool areas. I didn't like that we had to pay 15 euro each day for the pool beds. I feel if we are buying drinks and paying for accommodation the guests shouldn't have to pay for pool beds

We can't complain about the location of Jet appartment. Room service was excellent. As we are aware that this was not a so much quiet place we selected anyway as we wanted to feel the Ibiza party experience. Well, I can say that this place is more than just a bit noisy it's completely insane and it seems like there is nobody to control the bunch of party animals that walk around the place and bang on other doors. and it's non stop until we actually take a risk and confront does animals. You can't contact the front desk because at the early time in the morning there is nobody. there is one bad looking dude at the entrance and other than looking bad looking he does nothing to contain the extreme noise and other customer disturbance. Honestly for the price we paid for this place other than location I would never recommend this place to anyone AVOID AVOID unless you are the typical party animal that does not respect anyone, and would do that type of disturbance
